Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Daily Fresh Fruites & Vegetables, we take pride in delivering the freshest produce to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective/damaged or not delivered.
  • ⁠Request Period: Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after product inspection/approval.
  • Mode of Refund: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)

Return Policy

  • ⁠Eligibility: Product can be returned only if undamaged, and with original packaging.
  • ⁠Request Period: Returns must be initiated within 2 hours of delivery. • Return Shipping: In case of wrong/damaged product, we will bear the shipping charges. Otherwise, customer bears the return shipping.

Replacement Policy

  • ⁠Eligibility: Free replacement will be provided if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
  • Request Period: Replacement request must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Processing Time: Replacement product will be Delivered within 2-3 hours after return pickup.
